Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio

2017 ALFA ROMEO GIULIA QUADRIFOGLIO: Fans of Italian supercars are excited to see the all-new 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio (four-door) sedan at the 2016 Chicago Auto Show. There is much to view, starting with a Ferrari-derived 505-horsepower 2.9-liter Bi-Turbo V-6 all-aluminum engine.  The Giulia Quadrifoglio is rear-wheel drive and comes with a standard six-speed manual gearbox. Along with 0-to-60 mph in 3.8-secs, and a top speed of 191-mph, the start/stop system helps to reduce fuel consumption. On top of that, the Giulia Quadrifoglio recorded a lap time of 7:39 on the demanding Nürburgring track, giving it the distinction of the fastest four-door production vehicle. Within the interior of the Giulia, every aspect of driver needs has been addressed, including position and design of vital gauges, the controls and a pair of rotary dials. One dial allows the driver to select from five different settings, which includes Dynamic, Natural, Advanced, Efficiency or Race mode. The second rotary dial controls the high-resolution industry first hidden 8.8-in widescreen infotainment setup. This system includes real-time vehicle performance pages and telemetry, plus 3D graphic navigation that recognizes hand-written gestures on the top of the rotary pad, allowing the driver to interact with the 3D Navigation system simply by moving fingers on the pad.  Bringing the Giulia to a safe halt are high-and ultra-high performance Brembo carbon ceramic material brake systems, with buyer's choice of red, black or yellow brake calipers. Innovative safety/security features include full-speed forward collision warning and autonomous braking, adaptive cruise control with full stop and lane departure warning. While at the show, ask about the ASQ air quality system function, the cooled glove box, and the active aero front carbon fiber splitter. This adjustable spoiler helps while corning or braking when it opens up to provide up to 220-lbs of downforce for optimum balance.
