Dodge Charger

2016 DODGE CHARGER: Billed as a full-size, four-door muscle sedan, the 2016 Dodge Charger is offered in a full range of fuel-efficient and powerful engine options, including the 3.6-liter V-6 Pentastar engine, the legendary 370-hp 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 on the R/T; the 6.4L Hemi V-8, which punches out a best-in-class, naturally aspirated 485 horsepower in the SRT 392 and R/T Scat Pack models. As the alpha male, the 6.2-liter supercharged Hemi Hellcat pumps out a blistering 707-hp and 650-lb. ft. of engine torque. Matching all Charger power plants are versions of the TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmissions, upgraded rear-wheel drive architecture with new driver-selectable steering modes, improved suspension tuning, and new launch control for enriched acceleration performance. Available all-wheel drive (AWD) system on the Charger SE and SXT anticipates low-traction roadways and automatically engages when the sip is detected or when the windshield wipers are on. Trim levels include the Charger SE, SE AWD, SXT, SXT AWD, R/T, R/T Road & Track, R/T Scat Pack, SRT 392 and the SRT Hellcat. Due to public demand, the Blacktop appearance group is offered on the Charger SXT and R/T models. For a limited time, Dodge is offering the legendary Plum Crazy paint color, which joins TorRed and B5 Blue high-impact heritage hues. New for 2016 and for the first time available on a V-6 Dodge Charger, the Super Track Pak provides the Charger SXT, like the Hemi and R/T models, with a full complement of race-bred chassis upgrades. Charger's available segment-exclusive BeatsAudio includes a 552-watt amplifier and trunk mounted subwoofer while the Charger SRT models feature Harman Kardon high-performance audio system with 19 Green Edge speakers and a 900-watt amplifier. The maximum gross trailer weight is 1,000-lbs, and there is an ample 16.5-cu. ft. of room in the luggage compartment.
