GENESIS VISION G: The Vision G concept is a bold, dynamic coupe that predicts the styling direction of Hyundai's new luxury brand. Sporting a long hood, high-beltline and cab-rearward flowing roofline, the Vision G was created under the direction of Christopher Chapman, Head of Hyundai Design Center in North America. Backing up its powerful appearance, the rear-drive Vision G is fitted with a 420-horsepower 5.0-litre V-8 engine that produces 383 lb. ft. of torque. For the Vision G, the V-8 gets high-pressure direct injection, an optimized intake runner, enhanced timing chain for reduced noise, vibration and harshness, a low-torque exhaust manifold, increased compression ratio and upgraded multiple-injection mapping. Inside, the Vision G is a central control panel that boasts a 'Remote Wheel' - an ergonomically designed semi-sphere haptic touchpad that offers intuitive stroke and gesture interaction and responds to a simple wave of the hand. Additionally, the Vision G is equipped with a curved display on its center fascia that removes physical buttons for a more intuitive overall cabin ambience.
