2017 Cadillac ATS: The 2017 Cadillac ATS is Cadillac's entry-level luxury sports car. It competes with the BMW 3 and 4 Series, Lexus IS and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Trim levels and packaging are streamlined for 2017, a Carbon Black package is now available, and the CUE infotainment system is now standard. The ATS is available in coupe or sedan layouts. The ATS seats four or five, depending on layout.Available engines include a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that makes 272 horsepower and a 3.6-liter V6 that makes 335 horsepower. The four-cylinder mates to a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic, while the V6 pairs solely to the eight-speed automatic. The ATS is available with either rear-wheel or all-wheel-drive. Maximum EPA estimated fuel economy for the ATS is 30 mpg highway.The high-performance ATS-V model has a 464-horsepower, 3.6-liter twin-turbocharged V6 and a choice of a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. It's rear-wheel drive only.There are four trim levels: Base, Luxury, Premium Luxury and Premium Performance. Notable available features include leather seats, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, remote start, front and rear park assist, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, infotainment system, navigation system, 4G LTE wireless hot spot and teen-driver monitoring.Available safety features include the standard suite of airbags (including rear thorax), front and rear automatic braking, forward-collision alert with lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, blind-spot alert, lane-change alert, rear cross-traffic alert and rain-sensing wipers.The 2017 Cadillac ATS starts at $33,215, excluding destination and delivery, and it's built in Lansing, Michigan.
