For 2017, the Charger also gains new tech features, new interior and exterior colors and badging, and some performance upgrades.The Charger is available with four engines: A 3.6-liter V6 that makes 292 horsepower, a 5.7-liter V8 that makes 370 horsepower, a 6.4-liter V8 that makes 485 horsepower, and a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 that makes 707 horsepower. All engines pair with eight-speed automatic transmissions. The Charger is available with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. EPA-estimated fuel economy numbers are 19 mpg city and 30 mpg highway for the V6 (18/27 with all-wheel drive), 16/25 for the 5.7-liter V8, 15/25 for the 6.4-liter V8 and 13/22 for the 6.2-liter supercharged V8.
