2020 Hyundai Venue: The Hyundai Venue is an all-new sub-compact crossover. Venue seats 5 passengers and is only available as a 4-door wagon with front- or all-wheel drive. Competitors include the Chevrolet Trax, Ford EcoSport, Honda HR-V, Jeep Renegade, Kia Seltos, Mazda CX-3, Nissan Kicks, Subaru Crosstrek and Toyota C-HR.
Front-wheel-drive is standard with all-wheel-drive being optional. Three trims are offered: Venue SE, SEL, and Denim. Sole engine offering is a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder that produces 121 horsepower and pairs to a 6-speed manual or a continuously-variable automatic transmission.
Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring. Pricing ranges from $17,000 to $22,000.
