2020 Lexus RX: The Lexus RX sees a refreshed exterior design inside and out in 2020, in addition to Android Auto integration and a new infotainment touchscreen. The RX is a luxury two- or three-row crossover that seats 5 or 7 passengers depending on configuration, and is only available as a 4-door wagon. A hybrid variant is also available. Competitors include the Acura MDX, Audi Q5, Lincoln Nautilus, Jaguar F-Pace, and BMW X5.
Front-wheel-drive is standard with all-wheel-drive being optional. There are four trims: RX, RX F Sport, RX h, and RX L. There are two engines available: A 3.5-liter V6 that makes 295 horsepower that pairs to an 8-speed automatic transmission, and a hybrid 3.5-liter V6 that's aided by an electric motor for a total of 308 horsepower. Maximum towing capacity is rated at 3,500 pounds.
Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, automatic high-beam headlights. Pricing ranges from $44,000 to $51,000.
