2020 Ram 1500: The Ram 1500 sees the addition of a Night and Rebel Black editions for 2020. The 1500 is a full-size pickup truck that seats 5 passengers and competes with the Chevrolet Silverado, Ford F-150, GMC Sierra, Nissan Titan, and Toyota Tundra.
Rear-wheel drive is standard with four-wheel drive being optional. Two cab sizes are offered: Quad Cab and Crew Cab. There are 8 trims: Tradesman, HFE, Big Horn, Lone Star, Rebel, Laramie, Longhorn, Limited. Three engines are available: A 3.6-liter V6 that makes 305 horsepower, a 5.7-liter V8 that makes 395 horsepower, and a 3.0-liter V-6 turbo diesel that produces 260 horsepower. The V6 engines are equipped with an eTorque mild hybrid system standard (optional in V8). All engines pair to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Maximum towing capacity is rated at 12,750 pounds.
Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, automatic high-beam headlights. Pricing ranges from $33,000 to $54,000.
