2021 Chevrolet Equinox: The 2021 Chevrolet Equinox sees the addition of a redesigned front and rear styling, new LED headlights, and a sporty RS trim for 2021. The Equinox is a compact car that seats 5 passengers and is only available as a 4-door wagon. Competitors include the Ford Escape, Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4 and Mazda CX-5.

Front-wheel-drive is standard with all-wheel-drive being optional. There are five different trims available: L, LS, LT, RS, and Premier.  There are three engines available: A 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder that makes 170 horsepower and a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder that makes 252 horsepower. Two transmissions are offered: A 6-speed automatic transmission and a 9-speed automatic.

Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring. Pricing has not been released.
