2021 Genesis GV80: The GV80 is the Genesis-brand first-ever crossover or sport-utility vehicle. It joins the G70, G80 and G90 sedans in the Genesis model line. The GV80 is a midsize luxury crossover that's only available as a 4-door wagon with rear- or all-wheel drive. Competitors include the Audi Q5, BMW X5, Cadillac XT5, Jaguar F-Pace, Lexus RX, Mercedes-Benz GLE and Volvo XC60.

Though the GV80 will launch with a turbodiesel engine in overseas markets, the US is likely get two different turbocharged gasoline engines. Other features include and electronically controlled suspension with road preview and active noise cancellation. Standard safety equipment includes adaptive cruise control, highway driving assist, forward-collision warning with automatic emergency braking, active blind-spot alert, rear cross-traffic alert and driver attention warning. Finally, the GV80 is expected to offer a world-first active motion driver seat. It boasts seven automatically adjusting air cells that are designed to reduce driver fatigue. Trims, engine lineup, feature details, and/or pricing have not been released yet.
