2021 Toyota Sienna: All-new for 2021, Toyota’s minivan gets fresh styling, new interior appointments, additional safety and tech features and comes with a new hybrid powertrain. Depending on configuration, Sienna seats 7 or 8 passengers, has dual sliding side doors, and has removable second-row seats. Competitors include the Chrysler Pacifica, Honda Odyssey and Kia Carnival.
Dropping it’s V6 engine, all Sienna models come with a gas/electric hybrid powertrain that consists of a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine paired with electric motors and a continuously variable automatic transmission. Total system output is 245 horsepower. Front- and all-wheel drive models are offered. The model lineup includes LE, XLE, XSE, Limited and Platinum trim.
Every Sienna model comes equipped with forward-collision warning with brake assist, lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams and blind-spot monitor. Other features include 9-inch touch-screen infotainment system with support for Apple Car Play and Android Auto, 4-zone automatic climate control, wireless charging pad, 12-speaker JBL audio system and LED lighting. Prices range from $36,000 to $53,000.
