2020 USO BBQ FOR THE TROOPS

This summer, Chicago area new-car dealers are on a mission once again to raise funds and awareness for the USO of Illinois to support local troops and their families. Mark your calendar for Saturday, July 13, when dealerships throughout the area will fire up their grills and host "USO Barbecue for the Troops" community fundraisers. Show your support by heading out to a dealership on July 13 to enjoy great food, fun and activities for the whole family while making a donation to the USO of Illinois.

Over the past six years, local car dealers have raised nearly $750,000 for the USO of Illinois, impacting 326,000 service members and their families annually. Help us make this year the biggest and best year yet by attending a BBQ near you on July 13 to show your support.

For those who can't visit a USO Barbecue for the Troops event on July 13, there's still an opportunity to get into the action via social media. Beginning July 1, the CATA and USO of Illinois are accepting contest entries for the Ultimate Backyard Barbecue. The winner receives a catered meal by Real Urban Barbecue and a special guest appearance by Chicago Blackhawks Ambassador Chris Chelios.
