2017 Dodge Viper: The 2017 Dodge Viper is a two-seat ultra-high-performance sports car that competes with the Chevrolet Corvette and Porsche 911. For 2017, Dodge has cooked up a few special-edition models to commemorate the end of Viper production as well as its 25th anniversary.The Viper is powered by a 645-horsepower V10 that mates to a six-speed manual transmission. EPA-estimated fuel-economy is 12 mpg city and 19 mpg highway. Dodge also offers a race-track ready version called the ACR that uses higher-performance aerodynamic, braking and suspension components.The Viper is offered in SRT, GTC, GTS and ACR trims. The special-edition models are: 1:28 Edition ACR, GTS-R Commemorative Edition ACR, Snakeskin Edition GTC, Snakeskin Edition ACR, VoooDoo[TH1] II Edition ACR and Dodge Dealer Edition ACR. Available features include exterior racing stripes, matte exterior finish, spoiler, carbon-fiber hood, air conditioning, adjustable pedals, leather seats, premium audio, infotainment system, navigation, satellite radio, Bluetooth and USB port. The Viper is available with 18-, 19-, or 20-inch wheels.Safety features include dual-front and front-side airbags, anti-lock brakes, stability control, traction control and rear-view camera.The 2017 Dodge Viper is built in Detroit, Michigan.
