2020 Acura TLX: The Acura TLX remains unchanged for 2020. TLX is a midsize luxury car that sits five passengers and is only available as a 4-door sedan. Competitors include the Audi A4, BMW 3-Series, Cadillac ATS, Lexus IS and Mercedes-Benz C-Class. For 2019, the TLX receives a new exterior color and new wheel designs. The A-Spec sport appearance kit can now be had with the entry-level engine.
Front-wheel drive is standard with all-wheel drive being optional. Trims include Base, TLX with Tech Package, and TLX A-Spec. Two engines are offered: A turbocharged 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 206 horsepower and is paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission, and a 3.5-liter V6 that makes 290 horsepower and is pared to a 9-speed automatic transmission.
Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, automatic high-beam headlights. Pricing ranges from $33,000 to $45,000.
