2020 Lexus NX: The Lexus NX sees the addition of new standard safety features, Android Auto compatibility, a power tilt and telescoping steering column, and a Black Line Special Edition in 2020. The NX is a compact crossover that seats 5 passengers and is only available as a 4-door wagon. There is a hybrid variant available. Competitors include the Audi Q5, Mercedes-Benz GLC, Jaguar E-Pace, and BMW X3.

Front-wheel-drive is standard with all-wheel-drive being optional. Six trims are available: NX 300, NX 300 F Sport, NX 300 Luxury, and NX 300 F Sport Black Line Special Edition. There are two different engines: A turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 235 horsepower and a hybrid 2.5-liter 4-cylinder with an electric motor that produces 194 total horsepower. All models feature a 6-speed automatic transmission. Maximum towing capacity is rated at 2,000 pounds.

Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, automatic high-beam headlights. Pricing ranges from $36,000 to $45,000.
