2020 Subaru WRX: The Subaru WRX remains unchanged but sees the addition of two limited-production variants in 2020: the WRX Series.White and WRX STI Series.White. Both models are limited to only 500 units each. The WRX is a midsize car that seats 5 passengers and is only available as a 4-door sedan. Competitors include the Acura TLX, Volkswagen Golf, Mazda3 and Honda Civic Sport.
Only all-wheel-drive is offered. Five trims are available: Base, Premium, Limited, STI, and Limited STI. Two engines are offered: A 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that produces 268 horsepower and pairs to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT), or a 2.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder that makes 310 horsepower and mates to a 6-speed manual transmission in the STI.
Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, automatic high-beam headlights. Pricing ranges from $27,000 to $42,000.
